Mark Daniel’s Story – honoring an incredible soul with a passion for music and helping others.

Mark the Documentary
Written and Directed by Darrell Langolf

Mark Daniel Flores was born on October 22, 1988. He was a behavior specialist at Tracey Elementary School and an aspiring firefighter attending fire tech. At heart, he was a natural musician, bass player to be exact. He was part of the jazz band in Sierra Vista High School and loved spending time with family and friends.

On Ash Wednesday, February 25, 2009, he tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident as he was going to work to Tracey Elementary School. In honor of him, his mother Vida Armas Flores and father Mark Flores put together the Mark Daniel Flores Music Foundation. We hope to spread Mark Daniel’s passion and joy by helping other young talented musicians in their journey.
